If you could recommend 3 books to anyone, what would they be?

Friedman was writing about how globalization has evolved historically and how it is changing the way we view our planet. The Lexus and the Olive Tree, first published in 1999 held incredible insights into, what was then, the interconnected world. This is a great starting point for anyone who wants to read about what the world was like before the take-over of social media, the impact of 9-11 and rise of China. Friedman's following work continues to examine how our interconnected economy and cultural spheres are constantly changing.
