Pachinko by Min Jin Lee

A stunning historical story about family, love, sacrifice, grit and tenacity. As a Korean it was an incredible way to learn and connect with Korean history from the 1900’s until the 1980’s.

The Things You Can See Only When You Slow Down: How to be Calm in a Busy World by Haemin Sunim

It’s a book everyone should read. Filled with simple but profound advice on life, love, relationships, and work. The illustrations in between the chapters are also delightful to explore. Best to read and re-read it slowly.
